Shipping Information

U.S. Orders.

We do our very best to process orders as quickly as possible assuming the product is on stock. Nirah’s stocked items will usually ship within24 hours, Monday through Friday. Please be sure to specify your special shipping requirements when placing your order.

All items are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground Service unless otherwise specified. UPS& FedEx delivers to any acceptable address in the United States. P.O Box orders are not allowed. Typical delivery time is within 5-10 business days. UPS and FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

International Orders.

All international orders, including Canada, are shipped via a carrier of our preference. Normal delivery time by air is 7 to 14 business days. However, shipments may be held at customs for as long as 30 days. If shipments are held, we will work with you to locate the shipments. International orders may also be subject to Customs inspection and/or fees. We cannot be held responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any fees if products are returned.
